One Leather is a leather goods and footwear retailer operating from Chondrogonj, Lakshmipur, Bangladesh. For support, contact support@mail.oneleather.shop.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the website you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order-confirmation email from us. We may cancel a confirmed order if the product is found to be out of stock, incorrectly priced, or unavailable for delivery to your area.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and are shown before you confirm your order. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery. We do not accept partial payments or post-dated arrangements.

Delivery

We ship within Bangladesh using Pathao Courier. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or public holidays.

Returns and refunds

Our full return and exchange policy is described in our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration. Minor differences from images do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return unless the product is materially not as described.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of One Leather or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mail.oneleather.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prohibited use

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the website without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, One Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from any order placed through it. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We may revise these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after any revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lakshmipur District, Bangladesh.
