We keep your account and order data for as long as your account exists, plus up to three years after your last order to comply with our business record-keeping obligations under Bangladesh law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

Passwords are hashed using a strong one-way algorithm — we never store them in plain text. All data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Our database and server infrastructure are hosted in secure, access-controlled environments.
